Define ER strategies/polices to enhance staff engagement & morale;
Develop, manage & leverage different communication channels to ensure effective vertical and horizontal communications within the organization;
Develop polices / procedure and manage disciplinary actions;
Organize and coordinate employee functions & events;
To assist company and HR managers to optimization of human resources operational systems, the integration of various business modules and construction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, majoring in Social Work, Psychology or related discipline;
At least 6 years working experience in HR related function, Priority to involved in other businesses module of human resources; Experience in manufacturing field;
EAP experience would be preferred;
Open-minded with excellent communication and presentation skill;
Independent working capability and highly responsible;
Dynamic and resourceful;
Fluent in spoken and written English.
