Responsibilities：
We are seeking a Senior or Staff Software Engineer to be part of our Platform Engineering team. Platform team is the driving force for all eBay underlying software platform and framework, API/SDK, productivity IDE/tools, etc. This position will be responsible for supporting eBay DAL (Data Access Layer) framework, an eBay built service for accessing and updating data in distributed databases and other persistent data resources. The person needs to provide support to internal developers through email, forum and other channels. The work usually involves guiding developers on how to use the framework, resolving issues, and enhancing the framework.
Job Requirements：
•Bachelors degree or equivalent and 5+ years (8+ yrs for Staff) of software engineering experience
•Extensive experience with Java, J2EE, Oracle, SQL
•O/R mapping user experience is a big plus
•Strong verbal and written English skills
