Job brief:
• Master data maintenance: including Bill of Materials; Client/Vendor master data;
- Liaise with data maintenance team and other stakeholder to ensure BOM are set up with appropriate approvals according to engineering and manufacturing specification; Control on details input in the AX –ERP system for vendor/client database
- Monitor integrity of ledger information including cost centre, client dimensions on regular basis
- Create and load project code/ project budget
- Liaise with IT to create new workflows and ensure successful implementation
• Budget Loading in AX
- Participate in budget loading activities in AX for all Asian entities based on budget result
- Assist in budget analysis and communicate with departmental stakeholders for agreement
• Transfer Pricing
- Monitor intercompany transactions to ensure intercompany sales prices in AX are in compliance with TP policy and are maintained at appropriate level for benchmarking as set.
• Preparation of monthly board pack financials
• Regular report on Project development costs and project revenue
• Other Ad Hoc – around 25%
