Manager, Electronics Factory

Job Purpose:

1. Manufacturing management of Electronics Factory.

2. Set up the KPI target & objective for production performance.

Responsibilities:

1. To achieve 100% OTD(On time Delivery) of PPC demand plan and 100% Production Demand close on time.

2. To achieve the products quality target set by management.

3. To drive the production team to improve the productivity set by company.

4. To initiate and lead the engineering members to improve the line balancing up to maximum requirement.

5. Looking for more automation process to reduce manpower and human error on the process.

6. Lead the team to implement the lean manufacturing process.

7. To ensure all new project launch on time without major defects.
