知名化工企业诚聘Toll Production Manager

Location: Shanghai

-To coordinate technical and production support for the SBU diphenols of a network of tollers in china CTB project.

-Coordinate with logistics, analytical and commercial team .Ensure regulatory and QHSE

standard in Tollers via support from HSE of Technical Centre.

-Manangement of the tollers by coaching as well as other Company team.

-Communication across culture to ensure smooth transfer of information between Europe and CN

-Coordinate project between toller/analytical/log and HQ.

-Coordinate and coach activity between different parts(Logistics, HSE, and analytical )of company in and partner .

-Quarterly audit with HSE and Quality department as well as PSA for new production and regular audit/ visit of workshop .MSDS update.

-Coordinate with Company’s HK office for logistics.

-Help business by looking for new opportunity /partner as business grow.

Requirements:

- Above Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent.

- Minimum 5 years experience in production management and pharma

industry is preferred.

- Experience in process development /scale up – manufacturing.

- Commercial skills for Negotiate of toll contract and production

planning.
