Our client, one of the largest flooring and world class flooring manufacturers in China, is currently seeking for a General Manager and a Deputy General Manager in their USA and France offices respectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Responsible for financial analysis and review in order to facilitate management planning and decision making.
2) Prepare annual budget forecasts and conduct budget analysis.
3) Review P & L statements and identify irregularities.
4) Establish operation standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency, also enforce appropriate business opportunity.
5) Review projected and actual sales, headcounts and space requirements to facilitate global space budgeting.
6) Identify business development issues
7) Provide country operational support by Hub to ensure corporate compliance and operation efficiency.
8 ) Propose strategies on expanding the business within the divisions.
9) Identify staff training and development needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
1) Degree holder in Business Administration / Engineering or related disciplined with at least 10 years of solid experience in which 3 to 5 years in management.
2) With concrete experience in flooring / wood industry is a MUST
3) Strong analytical, decision making, negotiation, planning & organization and problem solving skills are required to enhance management effectiveness.
4) Good interpersonal skills and a good team player.
5) Good oral and written communication skills and fluent in English and Chinese.
6) Computer skills required: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
