Position: Finance Director（Finance Controller）财务总监
Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for supervising all accounting and finance staff, and establishing an environment that fosters collaboration, sharing of ideas and best practices.
2、Provide regional management with analysis of business operations and provide direction to achieve optimal profitability.
3、Coordinate accounting and reporting in accordance with local and international statutory accounting requirements.
4、Liaise with corporate tax and treasury departments to ensure the most cost effective and efficient processes are in place.
5、Liaise with the Internal Audit group to ensure that adequate controls are in place, and assist with the coordination of periodic audits.
6、Provide timely, accurate analysis of financial trends and variances.
7、Prepare ad hoc financial analysis of capital projects, alternate operational strategies and tactics.
8、Work closely with the information systems groups to coordinate efforts within China region.
Requirements：
1、Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting or related, CPA/ACCA is a plus.
2、More than 7 years finance experience, with 5+ years management experience.
3、Outstanding technical skills, including accounting, tax, project finance, cash flow management, management reporting and etc.
4、Ability to organize and lead a team on execution.
5、Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
6、Fluent in English both written and oral.
7、Familiar with computerized accounting and ERP applications.
