Requirment:

•Experience with Agile development methods, especially Scrum

•Preferably C++ engineer grew into Java or .Net

•5+ years of overall experience with 2+ years in a leader capacity.

•4+ years of .Net, Java and/or C++ development.

•ScrumMaster certification or experience would be ideal

•Good documentation skills with attention to details

•Proven track record in development task planning/tracking, design and deliverable review, assisting and mentoring junior members on technically complex issues

•Experience in direct interaction with English-speaking clients
