Job description
This role is responsible to lead a project team in delivering a solution to the customer using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. This position require to have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. This position also responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and establish an effective communication plan with the project team and the customer. This position require to provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer.
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years experience in Proficiency in technical skills on mainframe, AS400, or UNIX
English: Fluent
Additional information
Job Requirements:
- At least 12 years experience in IT industry, software development experience is a must.
- At least 3 years solid experience at a department management/project management position in multinational company.
- Strong leadership, self-motivated, fast learner and with strong problem solving ability
- Excellent communication skills, both in Chinese and English
- Excellent negotiation & coaching skills
- Proficiency in technical skills on mainframe, AS400, or UNIX
- An independent, assertive, creative, dynamic and flexible approach is required.
