Number of subordinates: 10
Responsibilities:
Lead Lenovo global Data Operation team to manage the data life cycle in all IT systems through following activities:
 Define and deploy data policy
 Manage the data quality together with business data coordinator (data stewards)
 Manage the data volume control program by eliminating unnecessary data increase and archiving historical data
 Resolve data issues (tickets)
 Manage the data service request (SRs)
 Manage and develop the data operation team

Job Requirements:
(Knowledge, skills, abilities, experience required to perform job)
Given the goals for this position, candidates must:
 5+ years IT experience with 2+ years of experience managing Data where SAP is the major packaged solution in the IT architecture
 2+ years IT management experience
 Possess a BS in MIS, or MBA or equivalent
 Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), ideally the candidate will also speak Chinese. The role will be based in Beijing (China), with up to 35% travel to other Lenovo locations
