VP, SALES
This company is specialises in the telecom equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
•ensure that sales and profit goals are met successfully through leading strategy sales development and implementation
•drive annual sales and profit growth through various sales, marketing and brand initiatives
•develop sufficient sales operations, whilst ensuring a smooth, cost effective and operational process
•analyse the competitive landscape and optimal market penetration and brand recognition
•oversee local sales team building, including recruitment, training and people development
•work closely with other senior VPs to ensure continued operational improvements
•build strong internal partnerships with other departments such as the finance and legal teams
Key Requirements:
•minimum ten years’ experience in leading a sales team and marketing professionals
•experience in a telecommunications or high technology hardware/software company is preferred
•proven track record in developing effective sales and marketing strategies across an MNC
•broad functional experience in areas of strategic planning, business development and market research
•customer-oriented with the ability to conduct effective customer interactions
•profound understanding of the local market
•fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
