• You have solid understanding of information architecture, extensive interaction design experience, and a keen sensitivity to elegant visual design.

• You are capable of providing a vision, developing elegant and practical solutions, and resolving complex issues that arise.
• You are able to articulate design concepts and solutions verbally and in various written documents as necessary.
• You enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative environment.
You will be responsible for:
• ensuring the quality and integrity of the design throughout the development cycle
• attracting, inspiring, and developing talented design professionals
• developing concepts and interface models, designing and prototyping usable interfaces that accurately translate the vision and requirements of the product
• creating information architecture, storyboards, functional diagrams, design guidelines, wireframes and screen mock-ups
• conducting usability testing to ensure that all products are intuitive and easy to use
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in interaction design (as an individual contributor or a manager), at least 3 of these years in web-based application design
3. Proficient in developing information architecture, workflow/interaction diagrams and screen mockups
4. Ability to communicate in English
5. Must demonstrate interface design ability with proven methodology
6. Excellent teamwork and communication skills
7. Proficient in software tools needed to complete the projects successfully: for example, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver or equivalent tools, and other basic prototyping tools
