Recruitment process:
+ CV Screening
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Lead, develop and implement corporate marketing and communication plan and strategy
+ Create and deliver innovative ways to communicate with customers and candidates through the online and offline media
+ Be responsible for content development and writing for electronic, print media and company website
+ Ensure high quality content and consistent message with underlying editorial guidelines
+ Coordinate the information dissemination
+ Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key partners
+ Be responsible for media relations in order to support the initiatives of the company within identified markets
+ Be responsible for media monitoring and tracking
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree, degree related to Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or Marketing preferred
+ 1- 2 years working experience in the fields of Public Relations, Communication or Marketing, solid and successful experiences in Communications, Public Relations and Marketing as well as demonstrated success of implementing media campaigns including social media
+ A high level of competence with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel
+ Excellent written and spoken English and an effective and efficient communication ability
+ An outgoing personality and the ability to work on projects independently as well as in a team setting
+ Fluent in spoken and written English, native English or Mandarin speaker preferred and fluent in third spoken and written language such as German, French or Spanish is a plus
+ Resistant to stress and willing to go the extra mile as well as to live and work in Shanghai
