Client:
An automotive supplier for precision components for engines, transmissions and drive trains worldwide.
Salary:
Up to RMB 300,000 per year

Reporting to:
Director Key Account Management
Travelling:
Extensively within China
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ In charge of customer daily business.
+ Develop new business opportunities and acquire new business and projects.
+ Support the successful launch of new program.
+ Establish active relationship and good communication channel with customers, quickly and smoothly solve the customer complaints, handle the customer special requirements and enhance the customer satisfactory.
+ Take leading position in negotiation regarding all commercial related matters with customers.
+ Manage accurate monthly sales forecast and planning, including 5 years budget planning.
+ Follow up account payment and receivable.
+ Frequently collect and report customer information, competitor activities at customer side.
Requirements:
+ University Degree with an engineering specialization in mechanical / automotive engineering / engine relevant
+ Strong commercial understanding
+ A minimum of 5 year continuous sales experience in automotive industry (foreign company preferred)
+ Experience and track record of selling engine parts or power assembly parts to OEM clients in the Chinese Automotive Industry
+ Track record of identifying, projecting and meeting sales targets
+ Excellent knowledge of local business culture and sales process in China
+ Working successfully and contributing to the effectiveness of a team
+ Ability to sell value added products and services
+ Track record of exceptional sales growth
+ Experience in communicating with FAW-VW is a plus
+ Strong understanding of automotive product development procedure
+ Technical understanding of engine parts or power assembly parts
+ Formal sales skills training
+ High level of computer literacy, using "Windows" and "MS Office"
+ Strong oral and written communication skills for reports and customer interaction
+ Understanding of international business requirements
+ Good presentation skills (especially PowerPoint)
+ Ability to identify market opportunities quickly and follow-up on them effectively
+ Ability to make contact with, negotiate with and influence key decision makers
+ Well structured, organized, efficient and accurate working method
+ Evidence of strong networking skills
+ Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin
+ Fluency in English language (conversational and written)
+ Willing to live and work in Shanghai
+ Able and willing to travel extensively, sometimes at short notice
+ Older than 28 years
+ In good health
