Specific Responsibilities:

1. Charge for the quality management of the Suzhou Company.

2. Manage Quality Assurance departments and oversee existing product Quality Engineering functions.

3. Ensure compliance to special customer required Quality programs including third party inspections.

4. Establish and review progress of quality objectives for all QA DC departments and personnel.

5. Maintain database of required Quality documentation.

6. Manage data acquisition systems and effectively report Quality performance to all levels of the company.

7. Ensure departments are adequately staffed and trained with skills needed to perform required functions.

8. Work closely with Production Management to meet delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality.

9. Responsible for the construction of the team.

Experience & Requirements:

1. BS in Engineering or equivalent technical degree.

2. Ten plus years in Quality field with at least 5 years in a Management position.

3. High level knowledge of ISO 9001/ISO 16949 &I SO14001 family standards .

4. Strong Project Management skills.

5. Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken.

6. Experience with Process improvement techniques (6 -sigma, Kaisen etc.).6-sigma Black belt certification is prefered.

7. Team player with positive approach.

8. Good communication and problem solving skills.

9. Confidence and conviction to maintain the highest safety and quality standards while under pressure to meet shipment dates.
