SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES(cont):
• Ensure implementation of the Company’s performance management program so as to facilitate performance improvement initiatives and enhance the credibility of performance linked recognition and reward programs
• Identify opportunities, develop proposals and monitor implementation of programs and initiatives designed to enhance organization’s standing in the local community
• Facilitate & promote talent management with plant management team and provide consultative proposals in talent planning and development
• Enhance organization capabilities in changing environment through a series of HR program such as HR planning, organization design
• Provide counsel to management and employees on employee relation issues that are of a complex nature
• Prepare and maintain employment related policies/ practices, health and safety related practices and ensure the company meets its legal and social obligation.
Staffing role
• Develop manpower planning with line managers
• Provide direct support to meet immediate and projected staffing needs
• Build talent pool for the region through working with corporate HR team
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Establish and continuously improve staffing system and processes to assure open, fair, timely and effective staffing.
• Develop and maintain external search supplier relationships
• Promote and build “strategic partnering” with selected search firms in conjunction with HQ preferred supplier strategy.
• Assess and evaluate performance of search firms and make appropriate change
• Work with line managers to design and deliver the Employee Orientation process
• Initiate and develop the use of appropriate assessment tools and techniques both for the selection process as well as subsequent development of employees
WORK EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• Above 10 years working experience, especially 3-5 years in HR Manager level
• Experience of 5~ 6 years in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing facility of a reputed organization
• Excellent English Skills
• Relative solid experience in HR field, as managerial level
• Business sense and overview the general management
• Strong interpersonal skill internally and externally with organizations
• Have the exposure in manufacturing environment
• Hand some experience in environment & harm elements of self-department
• Stable in developing company and highly commitment
