Support Excellence

Implement the global quality policy and company's objectives.
Support Internal Control
Implement internal control rules, improve management efficiency, strengthen internal control ability, to achieve the internal control objectives in the best way.
?Support Environmental Management System
Obey and support environment policy, objectives and procedure, support and monitor the environment protection in the actual production;
Save resources, reduce waste, protect environment.
?Support Health, Safety & Security
Obey and support the policy, objectives and procedure of health and safety, obey the law, ensure all employees' health and safety.
KEY SERVICES:
Provide sound leadership and management to the department.
Define and control the department budget including overhead and headcount.
Overall responsible for BOM.
Enhance project engineering functions by developing project engineers and cross functional team to ensure the implementation of all projects to production
Define system to prepare WI, buggy plan, cutting plan and leadprep. plan.
Establish and enhance method engineering functions to ensure time, process and capacity studies
Implement REFA, define and optimize plant layout, process and material flow.
Manage and make full use of the Sample Center, provide samples of dummy, prototype and pilot in low volume, and facilitate BOM study.
Maintain frequent and effective communication with other departments, and provide support as required.
Define rework tools, product specific tooling and equipment.
Complete tasks assigned by the General Manager.
Develop career plan for key staff and provide training accordingly.
QUALIFICATION:
Education Background
Bachelor degree
Engineering education background
Skills and knowledge
Good English and computer skill
Good communication skill
Working Experience
More than 5 years engineering working experience
More than 3 years working experience in management position
Priority of experience in JV company
