Responsibilities:
+ Drive IT Outsourcing Business Sales to the Division
+ Be responsible for day to day business operations of offshore outsourced software development projects using .net, VB, VBA and SQL Server technologies
+ Successfully manage Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) on a firm schedule
+ Coordinate software architecture design
+ Track cost and schedule performance
+ Recruitment of additional staff based on sales growth
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree or above in software related major, good command of technology
+ Advanced degree in software technology or an MBA is a plus
+ Minimum 6 years experience in software outsourcing
+ At least 10 years in software development and project management, with proven experience in cost, schedule and technical management of medium to large sized software development projects
+ Verifiable experience in IT Outsourcing or related business sales
+ Demonstrated success leading, coordinating and delivering customer based software development projects using .net, VB, VBA and SQL Server technologies and QA teams on a firm schedule
+ Proven ability to perform software architecture design
+ Experience in technical oversight and conduct of Quality Assurance and Quality Control projects associated with software development and MOSS 2007 (SharePoint) technology projects
+ Verifiable organizational senior management experience providing both business operations and technical leadership applying the following skills:
> Day to day business operations
> Technology management
> Team building
> Building and developing the corporate culture
> Cost and schedule performance tracking
> Corporate and Cross-organizational relationship management
+ Previous experience applying one or more of the following systems engineering disciplines: ITIL, PMP, CMMI, ISO9000 and/or Six Sigma)
+ Fluency in the application development and system configuration associated with MOSS 2007 (SharePoint) technology projects is considered a plus
+ Flexible Personality able to focus of details but think strategically
+ Comfortable working in a cross cultural environment required to bring in new business and support clients locally and worldwide
+ Fluent in oral and written English, able to directly communicate with US clients, technical teams and corporate executives
+ Fluent Mandarin
