职位描述
Education qualification: University degree in Mechanical engineering, physics, material science or similar.
Experience:
- 5-8yesrs working experience in Die & Mould
- Strong technical background in Die & Mould
- Good knowledge in metallurgy (steels, heat-treatment, nitriding)
- Management skills
- Experience in cooperation with customers.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skill
-Good English in written and speaking
-Teamwork Function:
- Develop business in Die & Mould,
- Build up of an effective M&D, S&F team in China
- Enable to BCN to manage a heat-treatment/nitriding facility
Tasks:
- Define a strategy for Mold, dies, stamping and forming business together with GM
- Coordination of M&D,S&F business with the Segment Manager in Liechtenstein
- Connect with other SPC in Die & Mould. Manage project transfers from other SPC’s
- Supply market intelligence: Analysis business segment and help to find new business.
- Coordinate production and sales activities
- Develop new big potential customers with sales in Die & Mould
- Technical training for Key accounts, external sales, production team
- Preparation, training and implementation of BCN heat-treatment/nitriding facility
- Technical support for key account in Die & Mould
