Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Receive repair and part change requests from the dealer.
+ Evaluate the requests in a timely manner.
+ Decide independently on action to repair or exchange parts.
+ Consulting to the dealers on technical matters.
+ Handle internal IT-systems, reporting and analysis.
+ Work in the city office of the European Premium Brand.
+ Communicate with foreign colleagues and the European head office.
Requirements:
+ University Degree with an engineering specialization.
+ Technical background with a strong understanding of mechanical / automotive engineering is a plus.
+ 3-4 years relevant work experience in a similar role.
+ Strong technical knowledge in the automotive area.
+ Excellent knowledge of the engine and automatic gearbox is a must.
+ Knowledge of car electronics is a plus.
+ Good computer skills to operate internal IT / reporting systems.
+ Strong communication skills.
+ Proactive and a drive for excellence.
+ Good organizing ability.
+ Good presentation skills.
+ Fluent in written and oral Mandarin.
+ Fluent in written and oral English.
+ High sense of responsibility for quality and urgency.
+ Ability to work independently.
+ Team player.
+ Willing to work and live in Beijing.
