Operation Manager
General responsibilities:
• Daily production running, productivity improvement and quality improvement
• ISO9001/ISO14000 system maintenance and improvement. Quality improvement for both own production, and supplier
• Warehouse management. Daily receiving, shipping, packaging management. Keep inventory accurate
• ERP key in and make sure the date accuracy in ERP system
• Supplier management and develop new supplier according to company requirement. Make sure supplier deliver right product with right quantity on right time.
• Cost down of supplier side
• Hiring and training an operation team with good quality and good performance
• Control and reduce operational cost continuously
• Employee should give best efforts to reach company goals. The responsibilities of this position are not limited to its department responsibilities.
Requirements:
教育背景 Education Background :
• Bachelor or above
• Major in engineering or relevant.
经 验 Experience:
• More than 5 years related experience with multinational company
• experience in Manufacturing industry and metal processing industry (mainly machining & heat treatment / coating is a plus)
• Black belt in sixsigmas.
其 它Other:
• Excellent analytical, communication and preventive skills;
• Demonstrated planning, supervisory and organization skills which will enable the operation to be run efficiently and profitably;
• Good people management and leadership skills, proactive and result-oriented.
• Strong team work spirit
• Work under pressure
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
• Result and target oriented
• Decision making skills
