Basic requirements:
- University degree in related field: Marketing, communications with technical background or understanding
- Previous experience in a similar role for at least 5 years
- Extensive knowledge in the field of Machine Vision (surface inspection and industrial automation)
- Proven track record
Professional requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Mandarin as native language, fluent English required, German language skills are favourable
- Excellent negotiation , organizational and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Flexibility and adaptability with the ability to multi-task and prioritise and high motivation
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in protecting patents especially in the Asian Markets
- Hands-on mentality
Tasks:
- Self dependent managing of marketing projects in relation to global marketing plans（市场计划）
- Promote and enhance brand and image to support the long-term growth of the company（品牌影响、品牌标识）
- Develop and manage strategic partner relationship on co-marketing promotional campaigns（合作伙伴和竞争伙伴的战略规划）
- Implementation and maintenance of press contacts (PR)（实施PR计划或合同）
- Creation of press articles by taking in consideration the local cultural specialities
- Budget control and planning
- Develop, manage, execute and analyze marketing plans
- Control and manage national and local events like trade fairs as well as in-house events
- Initiate, arrange and implement sponsorship opportunities
- Build and communicate marketing calendars, checklists and timelines
- Research of Asian market including development and implementation of a marketing plan and strategy
- Translation of promotional material into Chinese
- Creation and controlling of internal and external advertising material
- Positioning of standard products and placement of products in need of technical explanation as well as new products in the Asian market
- Design, implementation and organisation of direct-mailings and campaigns
- Assist Marketing Head Quarter in maintaining features of the Chinese web site
- Weekly reporting to Marketing HQ and attending regular meetings with Marketing and Sales team
