Under the supervision of MD in China, the incumbent is responsible for:
Ø Managing and developing all environmental safety/health activities within a large organization
Ø Defining organization-wide environmental safety/health policies including the development of strategy, objectives, policies and programs to ensure compliance with all related local and national government regulations
Ø Investigating and reporting the occupational injury accidents
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Develop and establish all organization-wide environmental safety/health policies and programs
2. Direct and review all periodic EH&S reports
3. Manage and train EHS staff and all employees to improve overall safety sense
4. Assess and address potential work hazards to ensure a safe working environment
5. Develop environmental safety and health budget
Qualifications
Ø Bachelor degree or above with major in engineering
Ø Minimum 8 years working experience in manufacturing industry, with minimum 5 years experience in EHS management
