objective To Enhance Tower’s Excellence in the CBD Commercial Real Estate Market and Maintain a Maximum Level of Occupancy and Customer Satisfaction. All the While Improving the Quality of Tower’s Facilities & Services with the Surrounding Market
Accountable to Leasing & Marketing Team Leader (General Manager)
Responsible for General Leasing & Tenant Relations
Working relationships Working Together with a Team of 3-4, one of which is the Team Leader (Senior Manager)
Key result areas -Maintaining and/or Increasing Current Occupancy Rates
-Ensuring Tenant/Customer Satisfaction
-Mindful of the Future of Tower in the CBD and How it can Sustain its Competitive Edge
Key tasks -Leasing (All-Aspects)
-Tenant Satisfaction (Complaints & Resolutions)
Core skills Market Knowledge: Has Professional Working Knowledge of the Beijing Commercial Office Market.
Language: English Fluent (All-Around)
IT: Windows Office Proficient
Communication: High EQ/Soft Skills Proficiency
Presentation/Appearance: Female (preferred) Will be THE Face of Tower (figuratively)
Time Horizon Minimum 3-4years Related Commercial Office Building/ Real Estate Leasing Experience
(Managerial Level Operation Preferred, but not Necessary)
Education
Background Minimum BA/BS from Accredited University
