Position Title (职位名称): Procurement Manager
企业性质：外资企业(丹麦)
base Location (工作地点): 厦门湖里保税区
Major Responsibilities (工作职责):
The new person must be able to identify and obtain cost savings on the entire local supplier base. The person must independently drive the cost savings projects for the local production unit and obtain the necessary support from all relevant local departments and / or corporate functions.
Furthermore the person must continuously optimise the cash flow by negotiating the best possible payment terms with local suppliers and drive strategic sourcing for new products / supplier on R & D projects.
Establish and maintain value added relationships with business segments.
Develop and transfer sourcing best practices.
Provide leadership and support for implementation of key sourcing initiatives. Lead team and participate on company wide sourcing initiatives.
Personal qualification:
Good communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Good to work together with various departments (QA, Production, R & D, etc.)
Must be a good manager and motivator
Must understand and practice “Change Management”
High analysis skills
Ambitious
Education:
Fairly open on educational back ground
Knowledge of legal aspect in contracts / agreements
Knowledge of index pricing
Very high English skills
Negotiation training
Supplier Relationship Management Training
Working experience:
+8 years relevant working experience in MNC;
Lead negotiator on contracts / agreements
Responsible for suppliers with annual purchase of more than $ 1,000,000 per year
Project leader on savings tasks
Excellent cross-functional interpersonal, facilitation, communication and leadership skills.
Experience with strategic sourcing of new suppliers / products
Experiences with optimisation of Supplier Relationship on freight set-up, VMI, production, raw materials, etc.
Experience from Medical device company is an advantage
Used to travel to Europe, USA and Asia
