Job Title: Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist / Manager
Key word: (Outsourcer, despach to an American Company, Japanese speaker)
Work Location: DaLian

Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring hiring meets forecast expectations. Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a quality experience in staffing for candidates and customers. Ensures adherence to applicable governmental regulations.
•Interviews and screens applicants; conducts reference checks.
•Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements for the local labor code.
•Acts as an informational source on organizational practices and procedures.
•Responsible for developing, implementing, and/or maintaining staffing levels.
•Drives the coordination of pre-employment physicals, travel, reporting dates, security clearances, and employment processing.
•Conducts research and analyze data on assigned projects including agency performance.
•Utilizes Careers Direct system throughout the talent acquisition process.

Knowledge & Skills:
•Working knowledge/utilization of software applications in conducting daily business.
•Advanced knowledge of company structure/customers and Dell culture.
•Authoritative interview skills, compliance, and regulatory knowledge.
•Authoritative verbal and written communication skills.
•Fluent Japanese skills (minimal Japanese Level 1), Japan overseas experience preferred.
•Basic communication in English verbal and writing.
•Over 5 years working experience, preferred in Multinational companies.
•Searching firm and HR experience is a plus.
