Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement an organization-wide and integrated supply chain and logistics strategy
to facilitate the cost-effective flow of products and materials from suppliers to customers.
2. Lead, direct, and control all supply and logistics policies, procedures, and activities to maximize
the efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of the organization's supply chain.
3. Activities may include: sourcing, materials planning and control, procurement, inventory management, storage, warehousing, logistics, transport and distribution.
4. Oversee the overall supply and logistics budget; monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and prioritize spending.
5. Establish targets in areas such as material costs, transit and delivery times; inventory levels; purchasing, warehousing, and storage costs; and service standards and monitor the performance of all supply and logistics activities against these goals.
6. Research, negotiate, maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate relationships and contracts with
external suppliers so that the organization has a reliable supply of goods and services that meet
its standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
7. Liaise with other department heads across the organization (particularly in customer service and production planning) to ensure that supply and logistics strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the operations and aligned with the overall company objectives.
8. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop professional and staff to ensure that the organization's logistics strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets.
9. Other tasks which are assigned by company.
Requirements：
1. Bachelor's Degree equivalent or above (Masters degree Preferred).
2. At least 10 years supply chain experience in a automotive manufacturing, high-technology or technical environment is required, has ability to manage a Western Style supply chain system.
3. Be familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949, Good knowledge about computer skill and fluent English, Very good communication skill and organization skill, Team work spirit. Very good personality in business ethics conduct.
