ATMU Management Associate Program (AMA Program) offers specific opportunities to outstanding individuals. We are looking for graduates who have the potential to be future to join us,leader of the industry.
AMA Program is dedicated to develop high-potential talents to be advanced to financial business roles through a series of on-job training, rotation and stretch assignments in line business projects.
Management Associate will be involved in real hands-on challenges working closely with our chief management and professionals from high profiles inside the industry. Management Associate need to be greatly
flexible and adaptable as assignments are arranged based on business needs, and he/she should be very mobile due to assignment may request to travel at relatively short notice. Whatever assignment,
Management Associate will be expected to learn fast, add value quickly and use experiences or learning immediately to build your cross-function and cultural knowledge.
As a Management Associate, he/she may tremendously benefit from real workning opportunities as gathering the necessary skill-set and knowledge to advance career in the finance industry. Management
Associate may prompt take independent responsibilities as harnessing his/her businesss and managment potential and deepen his/her expertise. Through working with us, he/she may gain on-the-job exposure and

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for outstanding graduates with diverse background and strong interest in financial industry, eager to face challenges and passionate in financial business. They should have the following
characteristics:
- For Full time posiiton,Master Degree required. For internship ,Postgraduates or graduate students(second year or above of the graduate school are welcome), major in MBA, Finance, Economics,Science and Engineering,etc.
- Excellent busniess sense or potential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -
- Flexible, with Strong change management (business travel/mobility)
- Strong accountability and mature
- Demonstrated potential leadership ability
- Excellent team work spirit
