Job Description
Position Title: Business Development Mgr. – Food Service
Report to: VP – Business Development
Function: Sales
Location: Shanghai
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop annual account specific targets in conjunction with Director of Business development.
2. In conjunction with the Marketing Department, identify customer needs, potential product and service concepts for existing customers.
3. Identify key channels of distribution to reach target customers and develop Strategic, Tactic and Action plans.
4. Expand market alliance opportunities and/or channel specific partnerships with existing customers.
5. Establish account specific Key Business Indicators (KBIs) related to account penetration.
6. In conjunction with Sales and Marketing Management teams, develop pricing programs that would meet the financial objectives of the corporation.
7. Coordinate domestic based account activities with International team.
8. Coordinate product development projects with Engineering and Product management departments.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in engineering or business management or similar discipline.
2. 3-5 years sales management experience within food service industry and beverage industry. Good understanding of food service products and experienced in products operation are highly preferred.
3. National exposure and visibility to foodservice trade associations, regional and national chain groups.
4. National exposure and visibility to Foodservice OEMs and key Foodservice Dealers.
5. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
6. Proficient in oral and written English.
7. Experienced in water treatment industry is preferred.
8. WQA certification is preferred.
