REPORTS TO : Customer Service & Logistics Manager

· Principal Responsibilities
· Reporting & Analysis:
· By RDC Inventory report and low & high stock item alert report.
· By RDC OOS report with rough replenishment plan.
· By RDC by account updated OH allocation report.
· By RDC Account specific item report.
· By account case-fill rate report.
· OOS item in depth analysis.
· Case-fill rate in depth analysis.
· Forecasting & Inventory Management:
· New/promotional/discontinued/top Selling SKU monthly sales forecast.
· Low stock/promotional/discontinued reservation and OH allocation.
· Reserved item stock management and OH adjustment.
· High stock item de-stocking plan.
· OOS item replenishment distribution plan.
· Account specific item stock supervision.
· Customer Service Improvement:
· Supervision on customer operation manual update.
· By account annual supply improvement plan.
· Monthly case-fill rate review and suggestion on action plan.
· Work with customer logistic team on store replenishment and central warehouse inventory management.
· Lead account specific project, for example, EDI project.
· Operation Optimization:
· Investigate customer complain and provide solution.
· Review internal process and provide optimization plan.
· Work with CS, finance and supply chain to implement the optimization plan.
· Ad hoc project support when required.
· Requirements
· University degree in Business Management, Logistics, Materials Management or Finance.
· At least five years experience on logistics, customer service and management.
· With solid logistics planning and good data analytical experience.
· Strong leadership and prefer candidate with Project Management skill.
· A good team player with excellent communication and coordination skills, Be strategic focus.
