OEM Sales Manager
• Obtain new profitable business from customers.
• Set account strategy between Autoliv and key accounts.
• Cost calculation in ICAN system and master data maintenance.
• Timely quotation to customer with good estimation of market price level.
• Price and contracts negotiation with OEMs. Price and contracts management within Autoliv.
• Preferred contact to the customers, at all levels of hierarchy and to all relevant departments.
• Responsible for the commercial aspects of business within Autoliv from the RFQ to the end of the project according to APDS.
• PSC presentation with all needed information for new projects for management approval.
• Promote the customer mindset/needs within the internal organization to achieve the highest customer satisfaction. Maintain good customer relationship.
• Support the cost reduction activities towards customer.
• Update the sales forecast.
• Timely complete the tasks boss/customer assigned.
• Minimum 3 years experience of sales to automotive OEMs.
• Very good command of oral and written English.
• Knowledge of local OEMs.
• Great coordinate and communication skills.
• Positive, delightful interpersonal skills.
• Experience of working with global OEMs will be plus.
