Responsibilities:
The campaign manager is responsible for the overall planning and execution of promotional campaigns for the company through online and offline channels. In particular the responsibilities include:
- Creating effective adcopy for online and offline advertising
- Planning and executing on online advertising strategies
- Planning and executing on offline advertising strategies with offline advertising specialist
- Using careful analysis and recording systems:
Requirements:
- Native Chinese speaker, able to communicate in English
- Experience in advertising, developing effective copy and knowledge of effective layout
- Experience on SEM management using Google & Baidu
- Proven ability to analyze data and build budgeting and forecasting plans
- Strong communication and organizational skills; Ability to multi task in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with A/B or Multi-Variate testing and defining creative requirements for landing page or site testing preferred
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of Marketing, Business advertising and/or Communication
- Proactive and success driven personality
- Team player and proven ability to manage 3 or more people
