Business IT Analyst
These are the requirements for suitable candidate for Business IT Analyst, Export System:
Job Responsibilities:
- based in Shanghai, report to Group GM for IT Management.
- Oversee the business processes related to International business and export system.
- Manage IT systems and requirements for the business, with cross-functional responsibilities
- Responsible to manage project with team members from business departments.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Strong language ability in English and Chinese Mandarin is preferred.
- Large scale business IT project management experience, preferably in Export-oriented business systems.
- Business degree, major in International business. MBA graduate and strong IT system background will be big plus.
- Candidate with past work experience in Multi-national company in China will be preferred.
- Matured, good communication skill, able to articulate technical and business situation well, and is mission-driven.
- Proven track record of business project and management experience
- 8+ years relating working experience
Other information:
- This is a managerial position, depending on experience and qualifications.
- The candidate can be a from other nationality, outside China.
这个职位主要是负责公司的IT战略决策，最好对Oracle financial比较熟悉（但不是必须的），另外沟通能力要比较强，因为要做战略决策，因此需要和各个部门的老大沟通业务需求。一开始需要对公司的oracle系统进行分析，从而来熟悉公司的业务流程以及输出系统。
英语口语要比较好，因为有一些部门的老大是老外。prefer 30岁以上的，个性成熟稳重，有海外背景的人才。
薪资待遇很不错，并且上下班由专车接送，享受和manager一样级别的待遇。
