Reporting to the Director of the Brand Management & Corporate Communication Centre (BCC)
Responsibilities:
§ Ensure brand sales volume and profit growth opportunities are maximized by determining imaginative and effective marketing strategies and business plans;
§ Be responsible for organizing, planning and implementation of the company's brand audit and brand equity measurement program, through persistent follow-up investigations, assessment and feedback, the cumulative assets of the company's brand;
§ Be responsible for drawing up annual brand communication critical information, organization and planning the development of brand communication tools and related caliber audit to ensure the company's brand communication and management of systematic, consistency, according to the company's annual brand strategy requirements;
§ Analyze market trends and evaluate existing product categories plus providing valuable information for product development;
§ Work with external media counterparts on marketing campaign and evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing platform;
§ Draw market insights and consumer behavior research for better brand positioning and revenue generating;
§ Be responsible for the daily management and team assessment;
§ Build brand ownership and brand equity;
§ Communicate fully with superiors, sub-ordinates and others who have a need to know
Qualifications:
§ 5-10+ years experience in the brand or related fields of work experience Global companies;
§ Excellent experience in brand management, marketing, market research, consumer psychology, consumer behavior, organizational behavior, Advertising, visual design, intellectual property, trademark protection law and other relevant professional knowledge;
§ Experience with rigorous logic and systematic thinking ability, learning ability, as well as a solid theoretical and methodological research basis;
§ Master brand management expertise, in-depth knowledge and understanding of IT industry and business;
§ Good communication skills in a prompt, complete and concise way;
§ Being both candid and accurate, positive and responsive;
§ Good problem solving, project management, analytical and numerical skills;
§ Excellent English communication skills
