Environmental, Healthand Safety Manager - Asia（著名美资企业）
Position Focus：
Responsibilities include EHS program development, management and implementation for general safety, chemical handling and environmental programs for workplace safety and for local, provincial and federal regulatory compliance.
Primary Responsibilities：
1、Work with Corporate EH&S Manager to adapt and implement XXX Global EHS programs
2、Training staff to insure a safe work place and regulatory compliance
3、Audit operations to confirm EHS program components are being observed
4、Review chemical ordering, usage, inventory and storage to maintain compliance and safety
5、Manage hazardous waste disposal
6、Lead Environmental permitting; maintain safety files
7、Manage Chemical and Equipment Safety Programs – procurement, use & disposal; lock-out/tag-out procedures, machine guarding and related potential safety issues
8、Coordinate and work with Safety Coordinators
9、Implement General Safety program – basic life safety: general fire safety, hazard awareness, emergency preparedness
10、Carry over relevant elements of the safety program throughout allsite opertions, including: machine shop, engineering, warehouse, laboratory and office areas Problem solving for critical research and manufacturing needs
Education/Qualifications：
1、BS Environmental Science, Physical Science or Chemistry
2、Knowledge of Chinese workplace safety and labor laws, familiar with the United States Occupational Health & Safety Act (OSHA) and Chinese Building Code regulations for high-technology or nanotechnology
3、Formal training in hazardous waste handling and management operations
4、Experience in industrial high volume manufactueing and laboratory environments
Experience required：
1、Industrial Hygiene 5+ years (gas, vapor, fume and particulate sample collection)
2、5+ years EOHS work experience
3、Delivering and developing training programs
4、Experience with performance-based safety program development and implementation
5、Prior work with powdered materials
6、Experience with environmental permitting in China
7、Experience writing EHS job hazard analysis, manuals and defining Personal Protective Equipment
Skills and Competencies Required：
1、Strong or fluent in speaking, reding and writing both Chinese and English languages; Korean language skills is a plus
2、Supervising and managing direct and indirect resources across multiple facilities and countries.
3、Developing tactical and Startegic Safety programs, Performance of Safety Audits Job Safety Analyses and Risk Assessment
4、Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications; exposure to Oracle platform applications
Additional preferences：
1、Certified Industrial Hygienist, Hazardous Materials Management, Certified Safety Professional
2、Masters in Chemistry or physical science
