Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading global HR process management system’s design and implement HR Information Technology initiatives. The HR Process & HRIS Manager also responsible to drive the process compliance, HR data quality control and satisfy main
Responsibility
"1. Process Management
1)Participate in the Business Process and Internal Control project, streamline current process with special focus on employee life cycle and make sure the process consistency and compliance cross the company.
2)Drive continuous process improvement and prioritize through projects/initiatives.
3)Involve and support HR transformation process smoothly carry on.
4)Ensure and establish complete documentation of all processes.
2. Project Management
1)Collect business requirements, build business case and determine global/regional, functional and technological project scope.
2)Conduct fit/gap analysis, build project specifications (in conjunction with IT when necessary) to ensure they are in line with business objectives.
3)Conduct time and resource planning within a project management role for HRIS related subjects.
4)Drive implementation through including but not limited to solution design, testing, change management and go-live etc..
5)Ensure and coordinate appropriate user trainings in close collaboration with customers and implementation partners.
3. Information Service Liaison
1)Acts as a conduit between HR and Enterprise IT by gaining knowledge of Oracle HRMS functionality and HR process
improvement needs to develop future HRIS roadmap.
2)Manage HRIS demand and enhancement process under consideration of local, corporate business and IT requirements.
3)Review and accountable for the quality of deliverables on HR system customization, maintenance, upgrading and vendor
management in close collaboration with all involved parties.
4)Supervise HR data management function and responsible to develop and control the HR scorecard metrics."
Qualifications
"1. Education and Experience:
1)Bachelor degree with discipline in Human Resources or Computer Science or a related information technology required and/or graduated in Business Administration with high passion for Information Technology.
2)Overall experience of 8-10 years with at least 5 years in HR process, HR data or HRIS management
3)At least 2~4 years full cycle HRIS/ERP implementation project experiences
4)Experience on implementing multi country HRIS or multi function ERP project is preferred
5)High-tech industry or MNC background is preferred
2. Skills and Competence
1)Good knowledge of overall HR operation and HR processes is a must
2)Profound knowledge in project management is a must, PMP is preferred
3)A good understanding of the Oracle HRMS system is a must
4)Strong organization, analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills
5)Good negotiation & effective interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
6)Good at using Microsoft Office Suite (including Project & Visio)"
