Business Process Outsourcing Assistant Manager --- (Banking)
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Cooperate and communicate with supervisors, operators and co-workers in Greater China Group to identify product features, prioritize tasks, track schedules and deliver results
-To implement and monitor quality and process, and to propose and standardize BPO solution offerings, including service content, service process and delivery model, pricing structure and quality assurance etc.
-Motivating and developing team member through coaching, counseling, training, team building etc, and plan their careers accordingly
-To build up and manage a business service department, including day-to-day management, operation, cost control, information security, compliance etc.
-Ensure the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other documentation to ensure uniformity across teams and processes.
-Facilitate to meet contractual obligations and client expectations.
-Ensure all Contingency Procedure and Plans are in place and executable
-To maintain a perfect work flow of the operation profit center, preparing strategies for implementing effective concept of operation, better productivity and profitability.
-Operational planning and change co-ordination (including UAT testing) for all BPO expansion initiatives
Requirements:
-University degree or above, preferably in Banking and Finance
- At least 5 years of working experience in BPO or Financial industry with good understanding of inter-relation to other areas in financial products & services, bank back-office operation and processing.
-Managing a team of more than 30 members
-Experience in Process Management, Design, Measurement, Control and Improvement with a proven track record
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially experience working in complex projects with global MNC customers
-Customer service orientation, manage customer expectations, build and maintain customer confidence
-Experience in Project Management
-Strong Strategies Planning Skills with convergent/divergent thinking skills
-Excellent English & Mandarin communication skills, both in written and verbal
