Position: ELL Academic Supervisor
Location: Shanghai, China

The Role:
We are looking for several experienced, self-motivated, and results-driven academic supervisors of English Language Learning (ELL) to enhance interactive curriculum design and production. This position requires the candidate to supervise English language quality and interactive curriculum design.
Job Description:
As an ELL Academic Supervisor, your responsibilities will be to:
1.Author original English language learning materials and adapt existing materials for interactive curriculum development.
2.Review English curricula to ensure a high level of quality and accuracy.
3.Provide both theoretical and practical ELL design advice to curriculum developers.
4.Evaluate the quality and learning effectiveness of interactive curricula.
5.Coach curriculum developers to improve their curriculum design skills and quality.
Job Requirements:
1.BA/BS degree in English, Education, or related field (or other if native/near-native speaker of English).
2.Pre-service ESOL certificate (such as TEFL-C, CELTA, or Trinity ESOL).
3.5+ years experience in teaching, researching, and/or developing English education materials.
4.Self-directed, detail-oriented, motivated, and a driven performer.
5.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (with some familiarity with Mandarin and willingness to learn).
6.Experience with interactive (multimedia or web) curriculum design is a plus.
7.Quick learner, especially in terms of technology.
