Admin Assistant for Beijing Office, offered by an American Architecture Design company.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for the Beijing office and work as a team with HK office.
• Assist Business Development Managers for market research and develop presentation material.
• Implement marketing campaign to existing contacts, including mass mail campaign with corporate news, recent projects, press release and coordinate article publishing with industry magazines;
• Organize conference participation logistics, including managing relationship with conference and event organizers, marketing materials printing and handouts, booth stationing, etc.
• Interpretation for American staff when they travel in China during business meetings.
• Superb in both English and Chinese Mandarin speaking, writing, translating abilities.
• Independent correspondences, ability of writing minutes of meeting and reports in bilingual
• Mature judgment, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently and ability to coordinate the action of others.
• University graduate (preferably from overseas)
• 3 - 4 years of related working experience required
• Strong computer skills: must be able to use Microsoft Office, Adobe (including Photoshop and other publishing software), and other marketing related software. Deltek Vision CRM database experience a plus
