· Major in computer science or electrical engineering
· C#, C and C++ programming or equivalent structured language in a Microsoft Windows environment.
· Structured software design using .Net
· Database experience (Oracle, SQL, etc)
· Web development (Java, ASP.net, HTML, xml, etc.)
· Knowledge of Rational ClearCase and ClearQuest
· Communication architect and protocols (SNMP a Plus)
· object oriented design
· Agile development
· Experience with UML a plus
· Project scheduling
· Good verbal and written communication skills in English required to work in a global team
