Sales General Manager

销售总经理

工作地点：深圳

Job Responsibility:

1. Support GM to set up the feasible sales strategy plan according to the strategy of headquarters.

2. Responsible for building up the South China sales team and keep sales revenue in a constant growth trend.

3. Develop product markets, maintain and develop sales channel, then enlarge the market share of products effectively.

4. Scientific sales forecast, exact target setup and segment, and having ability to lead sales team to finish the sales profit target.

5. Hold sales meeting termly, coach and assist every regional sales manager to implement their sales plan efficiently and make sure annual regional sales targets accomplished.

6. Attend every important business negotiation, settle problems during business developing, and provide specific directions whenever need.

7. Responsible for the performance evaluation of sales team, dig out and cultivate potential sales talents effectively.

8. Responsible for the competence training for sales people termly, so that to increase the whole competitive of sales team of South China.

9. Responsible for the sales overhead approve, supervise and control.

10. Responsible for the management of accounts receivable.

Qualification Requirement:

1. Sales experience (preferably in sea and air transport) 10 years or above in global logistics company, 5 years managerial experiences.

2. Bachelor degree and above.

3. Good at the strategy layout and excellent leadership.

4. Excellent organization &coordinating ability and as well as excellent executive ability.

5. Excellent judgment and analysis ability.

6. Excellent communication and negotiation skill.

7. Excellent financial conditions and special advantages

8. Excellent foreign language command, perfect English is a must.

9. Ambitious, energetic and optimism.
