To assist the GM, HR & Admin in planning, developing, executing and managing human resources policies/ operations/activities for the retail management body (RMB) and provide advice/assistance/support to dealerships on HR related issues.
To assist in formulation and implementation of HR policies/procedures to achieve business goals
To assist in recruitment and labor related issues for the RMB, as well as recruitment of key personnel for dealerships
To ensure a competitive compensation plan is implemented and handle leave and benefits administrative matters including overtime and attendance
To handle performance appraisal and employee relations work
To handle leadership development, staff retention and succession planning issues
To liaise and coordinate with related external parties and authorities on human resource matters
To assist in setting up, implementation and monitoring of standardized HR policies for our dealerships.
To handle ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Degree holder with solid exposure in talent sourcing, leadership development & talent/performance management
Knowledge of PRC labor law and common practice
A good team worker and able to work independently
Strong presentation and communication skills
Proficient in spoken and written English
Good command of computer knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc)
Over 5 years experience on HR management gained from established companies
