Analytical development supervisor
Job Description：
To lead and coach the analytical development team in excellent manner;
To represent analytics within R&D organisation and to other groups;
To be the analytical partner in multi-disciplinary teams (synthesis and process development);
development and validation of analytical methods for the support of chemical development and production activities together with your team;
To coordinate/perform structure elucidation of unknown by-products, technical transfer of analytical methods and techniques to QC, analytical troubleshooting during first production, read and analyze data using statistical methods, systematic control and maintenance of analytical instruments.
Qualifications：
PhD in chemistry and have a good knowledge of both organic chemistry and analytical science.
More than two year experience in team management and working experience in an analytical environment;
Work experience abroad (ideally Europe or North America) is an advantage;
excellent communication and team working skills;
you are able to plan and prioritize tasks to achieve the set objectives within tight deadlines;
You possess creativity, open-mindedness, team spirit and curiosity, and passion for new analytical methods and instruments;
English in a clear and concise form;
Hands-on experience with various analytical techniques, sound expertise in GC, GC-MS, HPLC, HPLC-MS, strong background of various analysis knowledge;
Skillfully operating and maintaining various analytical instruments, especially HPLC and GC, and independent in the development and validation of new analytical methods;
Collecting data, reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting results for summary, as well as independent troubleshooting.
