KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
--chieve regional delivery target (assessment, report review, PG…).
--aintain and set up strong CM team and CSO team with diversified skill set candidates.
--stablish the required and appropriate assessor/tutor resource and qualification for implementing necessary assessment in each product with consulting with
Country/Regional product managers and training managers as necessary.
--lanning and scheduling assessments by jobs undertaken by regional CSO.
--roviding on the job training for Assessor (Client Manager) or Trainee Client Manager.
--uiding the daily assessment work of the related team members including the problem solution.
--onitoring and measuring the performance of the related team members.
--nsuring the good team communication.
--pporting the Operation Director in resource development including planning, recruitment, training and qualification.
--eeping good relationship and communication with the other function departments, such as QA, Sales and Marketing, etc
--ther responsibilities assigned by operation director.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
--achelor's degree or above;
--bility to apply a consultative and analytical approach to problem solving;
--e innovative, be solid and able to communicated with the top level officials
--trong communication and coordination skills
--ood team player and team influencer;
--trong business acumen
--rst class presentation skills (especially to senior management)
--ility to negotiate and close business
--luent English Speaking and Writing Skill
--ust be willing to travel extensively
