•Business Development activities with focus on operation and management of Telecom Network, responsible for identifying technical and market trends, as well as customer needs, and the specific role is to analyse the customer O&M or OSS requirements and define the overall O&M solution to be developed for the various networks. ( Such as wireless or FMC etc.)
•Develop and maintain a business plan (market analyses, consumer insights, technical solutions, business models and business case) for the O&M or OSS Area
•Maintain a system level development plan for the O&M or OSS solution.
•Co operate with 3rd party partners and universities etc. in order to find the best possible services for the consumers and our customers
•Drive and support the development of methodology, tools, and other knowledge resources with focus on O&M or OSS Area
•Involvement in the O&M standardization in ITU-T and CCSA
本行业工作经验5年
Competence
• Has a university degree and solid technical and business understanding of mobile and fixed telecommunications and the IT industry.
• Good business understanding of the telecommunication in general and O&M Business in specific.
• >5 years in the O&M area, system design experience is a big plus.
• Exceeds client expectations, builds confidence and long-term relationships, and has strong team-player skills
