Roles:
Build up and develop the Company sales organization, lead and direct the team to achieve sales and margin targets with sustainable growth in market share and profitability
Organizational Structure：
Reports to (Position): General Manager, TJ
Positions reporting directly to this position: Regional Sales Managers, Sales Admin Manager
Responsibilities：
Direct and lead the sales team to achieve the annual targets on sales turnover, EBIT, working capital with reasonable expenses control
Establish and implement the short-term, mid-term and long-term sales budget, sales and marketing strategies to cope with the changing market, maintain the current customers and explore new markets to promote the brand image and improve market share
Enhance the competency of sales force with daily coaching and manage the sales organization to achieve business results
Support large-scale projects and take key role to drive and conduct relevant sales activities
Utilize and harmonize internal resources to achieve sales efficiency and effectiveness
Monitor and ensure sales expenses are within budget and reasonable cost control with respect to sales revenue and EBIT
Requirements:
BS degree or above in Management, Mechnical & Electrical Engineering or lighting related disiplines
Be proficient in in oral and written English communication
At least 10 years’ sales experience including 5 years’ sales management in industrial field
With excellent sales record of RMB 100 million annual sales turnover and proven success, in the leadership of at least 30 sales people
Experience in working with a company within the first 3 places in its field in China
Strong sales leadership and management
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills, strategic and creative thinking
Customer-oriented, proven personal sales competency with good track record
Being amiable, with self initiative, high ethical standard and integrity

2至少10年的销售经验，包括5年的销售管理经验在工业领域
3优秀的销售记录和成功经验，年销售额达到1亿，至少领导过的团队超过30人
4优秀的英文书面与口语表达能力
