JOB TITLE: Assessment Delivery & Service Manager (Regional)
(Management Systems, China)
REPORT TO: ADS Director, China
JOB PURPOSE
In order to achieve the delivery target, customer satisfaction through regional delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Achieve regional delivery target (assessment, report review, PG…).
Maintain and set up strong CM team and CSO team with diversified skill set candidates.
Establish the required and appropriate assessor/tutor resource and qualification for implementing necessary assessment in each product with consulting with Country/Regional product managers and training managers as necessary.
Planning and scheduling assessments by jobs undertaken by regional CSO.
Providing on the job training for Assessor (Client Manager) or Trainee Client Manager.
Guiding the daily assessment work of the related team members including the problem solution.
Monitoring and measuring the performance of the related team members.
Ensuring the good team communication.
Supporting the Operation Director in resource development including planning, recruitment, training and qualification.
Keeping good relationship and communication with the other function departments, such as QA, Sales and Marketing, etc
Other responsibilities assigned by operation director.

Assessor utilization
Certificate completion cycle time
Customer attrition
New sales leads

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Bachelor's degree or above;
Ability to apply a consultative and analytical approach to problem solving;
Be innovative, be solid and able to communicated with the top level officials
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good team pla<x>yer and team influencer;
Strong business acumen
First class presentation skills (especially to senior management)
Ability to negotiate and close business
Fluent English Speaking and Writing Skill
Must be willing to travel extensively
ADS Manager (Assessment Delivery & Service Manager)
l Strong Leadership Skill, acting as office manager in Shenzhen
l Strong people management skill, to motivate and measure appropriately the team’s performance
l Cross culture or diversity management, such as to manage a team from Hongkong
工作地点在深圳
1、ADS Manager是整个华南ADS部门的leader，同时兼任深圳office的leader，关键是operation的能力，一定要资深。
2、所带团队为华南ADS部门，大概60-70人。深圳工作人员为70人。
