Title: Senior Business control Expert/director
Location: shenzhen
Responsibility:
1. Assist managers such as process owners and CFOs to establish an internal control system, and drive
the internal control design and self-check regarding financial and business processes to ensure internal
control’s acceptability, effectiveness and compliance;
2. Organize HQ and regional divisions to carry out internal control and drive company-wide
implementation of internal control requirements;
3. Conduct internal control review to drive the resolution of internal control-related issues;
4. Organize internal control assessments and report the internal control status to Huawei’s management;
5. Continuously organize and conduct internal control training, education and promotion to improve
Huawei’s internal control environment.
Requirements:
1. Internal control experience (years of experience in internal control in a large company)
2. Familiar with internal control in the specific business area, such as internal control design and
assessment
3. Project management experience, and strong coordination, communication and motivational skills
4. ACCA, CPA, CIA or other professional qualifications
5. English as working language
