The Role:
Saybot is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and results-driven finance manager to help an innovative language learning company to grow to the next level. This position requires you to provide guidance in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Your responsibilities will also include providing expertise in the following areas: internal control, cash/asset management, and tax filing. Driving the effective delivery of financial and accounting programs will require you to develop and maintain a high-quality finance and accounting department and strong relationships with other departments.

Job Description:
As a finance manager for Saybot, your responsibilities will be to:
- work with senior executives to make financial plans and budgets;
- review and analyze financial results, understand discrepancies and trends, and provide periodic reports and forecasts;
- control internal financial policies and procedures, and provide advice on external business activities, such as contracts;
- support senior executives in managing company assets and allocating resources;
- help senior executives to manage government relationships;
- work with accountants to cope with both GAAP and domestic tax filing and auditing;
- manage the members of the finance and accounting department.

- 财务经理的具体工作职责如下：
- 与公司高层管理人员共同进行公司财务规划和制作预算；
- 审阅和分析财务数据，分析差异与趋势，并定期提供财务报告和财务预算；
- 制定内部财务政策和流程，并对外部商业活动如合同签署方面给出财务建议；
- 协助公司高层管理公司资产，合理分配公司资源；
- 协助公司高层维护相关政府机构关系；
- 熟悉GAAP和国内财税制度，与会计师共同完成相关财税报告和审计工作；
- 财务部门内部管理工作。
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting with professional qualification of CPA, ACCA or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, reporting (both PRC and IFRS or US GAAP), internal control, and asset/cash management.
- Finance and accounting management experience is a plus.
- Familiar with tax regulations and accounting standards in the PRC.
- High level of integrity and strong initiative.
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Strong entrepreneurship, business acumen, and the ability to translate the needs of the core business function into financial solutions.
职位要求：
- 财会专业本科以上学历，持有财务专业证书，如CPA、ACCA或相关资历证书。
- 3年以上财务规划、预算、报表（PRC以及IFRS或者US GAAP）、内部控制、资产现金管理方面经验；
- 有财会部门管理经验者优先；
- 熟悉中国的财税制度和会计准则；
- 为人正直，工作主动性强；
- 拥有卓越的分析能力，战略眼光以及良好的表达能力；
- 同时具有中英文沟通能力；
- 擅长管理企业，拥有商业头脑，并有能力将核心商业需求转化为财务解决方案。
