Target of the position岗位目标:• Recruiting& Staffing and C&B Management according to company planning 根据公司的计划组织招聘与雇佣,薪酬福利管理;
• Good services for all of the staff 很好的服务于全体员工;
• Finish the office works in good quality and in required time 保质保量并在规定时间内完成办公工作;
• Continuously improve the working processes 持续改进工作程序。
Description of the works and competences 工作及能力描述
• Assist manager to ensure smooth HR operation 协助部门经理确保人力资源工作顺畅进行;
• Draft or update the company HR regulations according to the related laws按照相关法律制定并更新公司HR规则草案;
• Manage all monthly reports required by corporate 完成集团要求各类相关报表;
• Responsible for payroll calculation, salary adjustment, social benefits and yearly bonus report timely and with accuracy负责员工薪资、社会保险、公积金等各项福利的制定及实施;
• Prepare Personnel Cost Budget according to requirement based on personnel plan 根据人员计划制定人员费用预算;
• Responsible for HR issues of expatriates, including labor contract, salary calculation, etc.负责外籍员工的HR等事宜;
• Supervision on Employee In/Out formalities handling and manage Labor Contract. 监督员工入离职调转手续的办理并管理员工劳动合同;
• Carry out Recruitment according to personnel plan and requirements( search candidates, schedule interviews, build up database of applicants, involve in campus recruiting etc., 根据人员计划制定招聘计划;开发和维护及时有效的招聘渠道,进行简历筛选、面试、跟踪招聘进程等;
• Maintenance Employee information & Personnel file 维护员工信息及员工人事文档;
• Sep up Annual Training Plan and monitor the implementation status according to Training Procedure根据培训程序制定年度培训计划并监控执行情况;
• Management of agency staff, temporary staff and interns实习生、劳务工、临时工的管理;
• Other tasks assigned by HR manager 由部门经理安排的其他工作。
Operation / Leading competence执行能力
• Report to the manager of the HR+Adm. 向人事行政经理汇报工作;
• The Works should be carried out mainly self-dependant according to the general company regulations and the commitment
能够按照公司的规章制度大体上独立完成工作;
• Monitored and controlled by DH (Feedback). 受DH监督和控制(反馈)。
Skill Requirements素质要求• Bachelor degree with major in Human Resource, English or related major本科以上学历,英文、人力资源或相关专业;
• More than three years work experiences in HR 三年以上HR工作经验;
• Ability to manage the daily jobs under stress能够在压力下管理好日常工作;
• Very strong communication skills非常突出的沟通能力;
• English fluent both in written and oral. 流利的英语书面和口语能力;
• Good computer skills, ability to work with Microsoft office tool very well熟练操作电脑,能够熟练使用Microsoft office工具。
